Brian was born in Belfast and has worked in the UK, the US and lived in Hong Kong for eleven years. Through his long-established consultancy company, Corporate Direction Ltd, he is currently providing strategic advice to governments, international organisations and companies on the challenges facing healthcare in general, and specifically on the Connected Health opportunity.

Douglas Adams
CEO

Having established and grown businesses in the hospitality, construction and healthcare sectors, Douglas was an early advocate of the consolidation and professionalisation of the domiciliary care market, and the integration of this service with both TeleCare and TeleHealth services.

Ryan Williams 
Chief People Officer

Ryan is an innovator and solutions architect within the business services and talent space. He assists organisations to identify, map and solve challenges relating to sales and business development, commercialisation, recruitment, talent management, contingent workforce management, outsourcing, and business transformation.

Theresa Morrison
Chief Operating Officer

Having been promoted to COO from her previous position as Clinical Director, Theresa also oversees the Connected Health’s Nursing Agency service; its supported living programme, Live Connected; and the Connected Academy carer training programme. She is a fully qualified nurse and accredited healthcare trainer. She previously worked as a Unit Manager in a private Australian hospital and has completed a master’s degree in
Interdisciplinary Dementia Studies.

Julie Cordner
Director of Marketing Communications

As Director of People, Julie leads the People Focus function which encompasses the Recruitment, Marketing Communications, Nursing Agency and HR teams. People Focus aims to create great employee experiences, motivating and engaging our employees. Julie joined Connected Health as Director of Business Development & Projects in March 2017. She has been an instrumental part of the team in securing contracts and opening new offices across Ireland and the UK. Julie has over twenty years’ experience in marketing communications and recruitment.

Laura Bradley
Director of Care ROI

Laura joined Connected Health in February 2020. She is an experienced homecare professional with over 11 years’ service in the sector. Laura brings her wealth of experience and will be responsible for our continued growth and delivery of operational excellence throughout the Republic of Ireland.

Lorraine Corr
Company Director of Care

Lorraine Corr is Director of Care and is responsible for all aspects of operational delivery and excellence. Lorraine leads an exemplary team of Area Managers and Functional Leads with an absolute and relentless focus on exemplary client care and commissioner relationships. Lorraine was a finalist in the national UK Homecare Awards, celebrated for her incredible journey from part time carer 10 years ago to the key role of Director of Care in the business
today.

Rebecca Vogel
Director of Technology & Special Projects

Rebecca joined Connected Health in 2016 and oversees the company’s IT and telecoms, as well as the Technology Enabled Care (TEC) Division. TEC includes a bespoke Living Lab developed to test technology products and services, and assess their suitability for use in the healthcare sector.

Liam Smyth
Financial Director

Liam joined Connected Health in November 2020. He is a highly-skilled, performance-driven Financial Controller with a strong commercial background, having previously worked with Aperture IVA and Titanic Belfast. Liam leads the finance team across Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and GB as Connected Health continues to grow.
